Silvia Salomon serves as the Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer at Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center (BACHC). Originally trained as a medical doctor in Mexico, Silvia brought her clinical expertise and passion for patient care with her when she moved to the United States.
Her journey with BACHC began as a volunteer, driven by a desire to serve her community. She quickly became a Case Manager, where her dedication and leadership qualities stood out. Silvia’s commitment to quality and operational excellence led her to the role of QI/QA Director, and she later advanced to her current position as Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer.
