Frequently Asked Questions
Check in:
At our facilities, you have the option to pay upon check-in using cash or most major credit cards.
Online:
To pay with a credit card through MyChart, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to MyChart
2. Navigate to the billing section
3. Select Account Summary
4. Click on the PAY NOW option
Phone:
We can also assist you with payment over the phone. Just give us a call and inform the operator that you'd like to pay your bill.
Before you begin, you need to activate your account. Please ask your medical team or text/call 661-874-4050 for instructions on how to activate your account.
You can activate your account via email or text message, but you will need to have an email address configured in your account to proceed with the setup.
Download the "MyChart" app from the app/google play store
Once you have downloaded/opened the app,
The first step is to find an organization. You need to look for OCHIN, which is our application vendor.
Now you can log in using your username and password.

Who can Pick-up Records?
The patient
Anyone who is on the patient's HIPPA form
If the individual picking up the records is not explicitly listed on the HIPAA Form, it must be updated by the patient. HIPAA Forms should be updated annually or whenever any changes occur.
Medical provider must fax the prescription to us
Paxlovid can only be dispensed if it's prescribed by medical provider, your medical provider must fax all your information including the prescription to us in order for you to pick it up at our location.
Wait for us to call
Our staff will use the information from your medical provider to register you, and then they will call you to arrange a time for you to pick up your medications.
Arrive at our location. Please wait in your car.
Call the posted number
Upon your arrival, a posted number will be available for you to call. Our staff will then come out and dispense your medication.
Go home and isolate
Take your medication as directed and contact your prescribing medical provider if you have any questions.

It can take 2-3 business days to refill a prescription. If a prior authorization or insurance approval is required, it may take additional time. You should plan and request refills 3-5 days before you need them.
