Prescriptions filled at the BACHC in-house pharmacy. Medications on our approved 340B formulary. Prescribed OTC medications.
Who Can Get a Discount?
1. Be a registered BACHC patient.
2. Submit proof of income and household size.
3. Reapply annually or if your income changes.
Monthly Caps
Monthly caps may apply to help reduce your total cost.

Prescription costs are subject to change at any time.
Temporary Discount Pass
Ask us about a 14-day temporary discount pass while you collect your documents.
How Much Will I Pay?

| Over 201% | F | 340B AC + $20.00 |
