Vacation/Sick Time

At Bartz-Altadonna, vacation and sick time accrue separately. Employees accrue vacation time per hour of work, and the accrual rate increases with tenure. In addition, employees also receive 40 hours of sick time per year.

Life Insurance

At Bartz-Altadonna a $50,000 term life insurance policy is offered, with the majority of the premium paid by the Health Center.

FSA

At Bartz-Altadonna, all full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Medical Flexible Spending Account.

Health/Dental/Vision Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Health, Vision, and Dental insurance after 30 days of employment. Coverage begins at the start of the following month after enrollment.

Retirement Plan

At Bartz-Altadonna, employees are eligible to participate in the 403B retirement plan. The Health Center will match contributions up to 6%.

Student Loan Forgiveness

At Bartz-Altadonna, employees are eligible to apply for the federal government student loan forgiveness program.
