Pamela Griffin is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in administration, operations, human resources, and financial management. She brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, marketing, and personnel management, with a proven track record of driving organizational growth and operational excellence.
Pamela holds an MBA in Non-Profit Management and has played an integral role in the development and success of Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center (BACHC). Over the years, she has served in key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer.
Currently serving as Chief of Staff, Pamela is a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment across departments and supporting the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality healthcare to the community.
Beyond her role at BACHC, Pamela is a dedicated community leader. She serves on the Board of Directors for Palmdale Regional Medical Center and Mental Health America. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Catalyst Foundation and was a founding board member of Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center.
Pamela is also a successful business owner in the High Desert, bringing a unique blend of entrepreneurial vision and non-profit leadership to her work. Her passion for community health and organizational development continues to drive BACHC’s growth and impact in the Antelope Valley region.
