Mary Cummings serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center (BACHC), bringing over a decade of dedicated service to the organization and more than 22 years of management experience, including 12 years in executive leadership within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). Prior to assuming the role of CEO, she served as Chief Financial Officer at BACHC for three years, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Mary is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in business administration, credentials that have equipped her with a robust foundation in financial strategy, organizational development, and long-term planning. Her expertise lies in strategic growth, financial stewardship, and cultivating high-performing, diverse teams. Healthcare is deeply personal to Mary, and her leadership is driven by a profound passion for ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare, particularly for individuals and families marginalized by systemic barriers and adverse social determinants of health.
