COVID-19
Getting the COVID-19 vaccine is your personal choice, if you have questions or concerns you must discuss them with your primary care provider prior to scheduling your vaccine.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR YOUR SAFETY

If your application is reviewed and you do not meet the qualifications or it is deemed unsuitable for you to receive the vaccine, your appointment will be canceled. Subsequently, we will make an effort to contact you via phone to inform you of this change.

How to prepare
Before you get the vaccine, consider these steps to help prepare:

-
Stay Hydrated: It's crucial, especially if you typically experience lightheadedness during shots or blood draws. Additionally, it's advisable to refrain from consuming alcohol the night before your vaccine appointment
-
Get Sleep: Research indicates that sleeping after vaccination enhances your body's immune response. Strive to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
-
Support Yourself: Take care of your body on the day or days you receive your vaccine. If you experience arm pain, using an ice pack can help alleviate discomfort. If you have chills, a warm shower or heated blanket can provide comfort.
-
Pain Relief Meds: Have ibuprofen (like advil) or acetaminophen (like tylenol) to manage body aches or fever after getting your COVID-19 vaccine. Avoid taking these medications before your vaccination, as doing so might diminish the vaccine's effectiveness.
-
Dress in Comfortable Clothing: This allows easy access to your upper arm. Be prepared to wait, possibly up to 30 minutes after your vaccination.
