Vacation/Sick time
At Bartz-Altadonna, vacation and sick time are accrued separately. Vacation time accrues every two weeks, up to a maximum of 480 hours. Sick time accrues at a rate of 1.2 hours for every 30 hours worked, with a maximum annual accrual of 48 hours. In total, the maximum accrual is 120 hours.
Life Insurance
At Bartz-Altadonna a $50,000 term life insurance policy is offered, with the majority of the premium paid by the Health Center.
FSA
At Bartz-Altadonna, all employees who work an average of 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in the Medical Flexible Spending Account.
Health/Dental/Vision Insurance
At Bartz-Altadonna, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance become effective on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment. Employees can elect to include their spouse/registered domestic partner and/or dependents in the coverage. Discounted premiums for spouse/registered domestic partner and/or dependents are available based on tenure. (subject to change)
Retirement Plan
At Bartz-Altadonna, employees are eligible to participate in the 403B retirement plan, administered by Nationwide Insurance. The Health Center will match contributions up to 6%.
Student Loan Forgiveness
At Bartz-Altadonna, employees are eligible to apply for the federal government student loan forgiveness program.
