We seek an experienced Accounting Manager to undertake full cycle accounting, including day-to-day accounting management, assisting with financial and tax reporting, journal entries, consolidations, cash management, and the continual improvement of internal control policies and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Design and maintain accounting information systems to produce timely and relevant financial data for internal decision making purpose and for meeting funding agency, regulatory and other external requirements. Oversee and manage representative payee process, cash flow, purchasing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Responsible for all the day-to-day accounting duties and responsibilities.
Work closely with the billing supervisor and staff accountant to provide analysis of third party collections and revenue and recommend actions to maximize revenue and reduce risk and exposure.
Works collaboratively with CFO on annual independent audit and other compliance audits to ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with federal, state and local laws as well as accounting standards set forth by the funding agencies.
Collaborates with CFO in generating annual Uniform Financial reports and tax filings. Coordinate and participate in the development and monitoring of budgets for internal use and for proposals, service contracts and amendments for funding agencies.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and financial analysis in various formats for leadership.
Works and collaborates with CFO in leading regular financial and productivity review with leadership team and be able to relate financial measures impact as well as present monthly financials to board as needed.
Manage purchasing, vendor and banking relationships.
Provide leadership, direction support and training to financial management and accounting staff.
Will provide data for yearly reports to different agencies (UDS, OSHPD, HRSA)
Represent organization, as assigned, to financial partners, including financial institutions, auditors, public officials
Participate in policy development as a member of the Leadership team.
Perform other work as directed by the CEO and Financial Consultant

Professional Requirements:

Experience as a high performing Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager or Public Accountant
5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience preferred
Experience creating financial statements and understanding of their interrelationships
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Excellent accounting software skills (we currently use Abila)
A solid working knowledge of financial statements, financial analysis and general ledger computer systems (redundant)
Excellent verbal and written (word/ powerpoint/ email) communication skills
Ability to drive process and systems improvement.
Highest standards of business ethics, accuracy, and precision, and working knowledge (or aptitude to learn) GAAP, SEC, and IRS reporting requirements as needed

The LCSW will maximize the quality of the client experience and clinical outcomes while minimizing costs through an integrated, team-oriented, strengths-based healthcare approach; raising staff and trainees to their highest level of skill. This position works closely with adults and possibly youth clients and families; behavioral health, medical, and other health care staff; working with local agencies to meet clients’ multiple clinical and non-clinical health needs. The LCSW will provide direct behavioral health treatment services for a wide spectrum of age groups and psychiatric conditions, in addition to clinical intakes, assessments, consultation, and crisis services. This position also assists with clinical supervision of non-licensed behavioral health staff and trainees in accordance with NAHC and professional standards.

Essential Functions

Comply with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and customer service standards.
Will conduct brief screenings to evaluate the needs of adults and older adults, adolescents, and/or children for mental health and support services, based on medical record, referral, direct interview and interaction with the family and/or discussion with other staff members who interact with the family.
Provide licensed level behavioral health services in low-intensity/brief treatment, problem-solving therapy and behavioral activation in a culturally, linguistically and age appropriate manner.
Develop, implement, and evaluate plans for the provision of mental health and support services jointly with the family, Psychiatrist, Medical Provider(s), and other staff members as appropriate.
Provide early interventions and referrals to specialty mental health services, including referral for more intensive psychological or psychiatric support services, if needed.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited school of social work.
Licensed by the State Board of Social Work.

Preferred Education and Experience

Two (2) years of supervised social work experience in a health care setting, working directly with individuals.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Phlebotomist/Lab Technician

As a phlebotomist/lab tech, your duty is to obtain blood specimen from the patients in a timely manner along with other job functions. Below is a quick list of the job duties that you should expect when working as a phlebotomist/lab tech and perform the phlebotomist job duties.

Essential Functions

1. Ensure all specimens are labeled and processes accordingly, attach corresponding lab requisitions to specimens and prepare them for route.
2. Perform daily inspections in all rooms including lab. Ensure that all biohazard containers and sharp containers are emptied and replaced as needed.
3. Ensure all bleach solution bottles are at a 10%-90% ratio and logs are up to date.
4. Perform daily blood draws with safety precautions and use any PPE’s as needed.
5. Log in and record daily, weekly, and monthly logs such as water temperatures in all rooms and O2 levels to be done every Monday.
6. Every two weeks you must submit orders to appropriate lab for supplies.
7. Verify insurance and ensure that labs are going to corresponding laboratory.
8. Call lab carriers as needed.
9. Assist providers in obtaining needed lab results in a timely manner.
10. Clean, stock, and sanitize all lab supplies.
11. Perform monthly inspection and ensure all expired medication and supplies are discarded appropriately and all supplies are in corresponding cabinets.
12. Ensure that all machines are working and calibrated as needed.
13. Fax monthly logs to foundation lab.
